Oda-sensei is sick! All of us hope it’s nothing serious and that One Piece will be back soon enough! However, there’s a fan project coming up for Oda to send him and others a big book of fan appreciation from the overseas OP fans.

What would happen if a ship ate a Devil Fruit? Would it retain it’s water weakness and sink like a rock? If so, I suppose one could find some kind of alternate way to keep it afloat. I mean, Luffy is fine in the water if he has an inner-tube or something.

You know, they say that it’s during the extremely hard times or when faced with a tough decision is when you see what someone is truly made of. I was in such a position the other night…it was very stressful.
I’ll give you the abridged version. I had made some new friends in the form of friends of a friend. We had only hung out twice, but we were already growing close. The other night…one of them, who shall remain nameless for privacy sake…she confided in me because she trusted me with a big secret.
She told me that she planned on killing herself that night, and said not to worry because she felt that everyone and myself just forget about her in a few months.
Just hearing that brought me to tears…I begged and pleaded with her while sobbing to not do it, but she was set on doing it anyway.
I was in the middle of a major moral dilemma…either I say nothing and let her go through with it and she dies…and if the secret ever got out that I knew about it, everyone would despise me for it….or I say something and possibly save her life…but she’d never speak to me again. No matter what, I’d lose a friend.
I know the answer seems obvious…but when you’re suddenly thrown into a situation like that, you can’t think straight, I don’t care how rational and level-headed you are.
Thankfully though…the situation resolved itself…the others found out on their own and convinced her not to do it. Though when it was all said and done, and I was going back home with my other friend…I started sobbing again on the drive home over it.
I don’t care that I knew this person a grand total of two days…if there was a chance that I could save the life of a friend, and I couldn’t do that…then how could I protect my other friends?
So…now that it’s over…what am I truly made of? I thought at first that all this showed that under pressure, I’d crack like an egg…but now that I’ve thought about it…it showed that I truly care about my friends, and I don’t want to see any of them hurt. I know that seems obvious…but lately I had been doubting myself a little, and it put things in perspective for me.
So…to everyone out there. If someone you know tells you they want to kill themselves…I don’t care how damn proud or stoic you are, or if you aren’t that close…do not be afraid to let tears fall and let them know how important they are.

Anime Festival Orlando this year may have been the best one yet. I was lucky enough to hang out with THE Sonny Strait. He was chilling by the pool in front of my room with actually a friend of mine, and I pulled up a chair. He’s a really great guy.
That’s me there as Timeskip Luffy with an awesome Eustass Kidd cosplayer. She was amazing. We all hung out later on and ate dinner at Golden Corral, all in costume!
I also hung out with this AMAZING Boa Hancock cosplayer. She was perfectly in character the whole time. She even hooked onto my arm when we went to go find my friend who was cosplaying Sanji. Anyone know who this is? I made friends with the Kidd cosplayer and I’d love to be friends with Boa too. She was really cool.

Oh yeah…and since everyone on here will inevitably talk about the Waluigi’s….Those guys are my friends. I roomed with them. Next time I’m joining in on it as well.
